1. Please have the complete address for the location where the phone will be used. This is necessary for accurate 911 service.

2.  You will be asked to select the plan that best suits your needs. Also important because you don’t want to pay more than you have to. 

3. Please note: There will be a one time set-up charge of $29.95. Just like when you sign up for other services to cover the cost of configuring equipment and such. 

4. In order to use VoIP service your analog data from your phone must be converted to digital data for transmission. You need to select the equipment that meets your needs and once you purchase it, it belongs to you, just like your telephone. Please have your debit or credit card handy. Your initial payment for equipment and set-up is charged when you sign up. Your monthly bill will also be charged to this card for your convenience.
