    What are the basic requirements to use Simply Voice?  

    You need high-speed Internet access, a touchtone phone and a Simply Voice Device capable of transmitting and receiving VoIP. While standard phones use an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) to do this, SIP Phones and SoftPhones come VoIP-ready. Configuring Routers with Advanced Firewall Features

    What shipping method do you use?

    We ship to the US via tracked US Post Office delivery. For shipments outside the US we use UPS or FedEx.

    How do I cancel my Simply Voice service?

    You can cancel service at any time by e-mailing us at customercare@simplyvoice.net Service will stop immediately, and your next invoice will be pro-rated up to the point you cancelled. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge disconnect fees.

    If you cancel service and return any ATA or SIP phone (in re-sellable condition) you've purchased from us within 30 days of initial order, we'll refund your setup cost, your device purchase, and any Simply Voice Package fees we've charged you. The only exception is if you've made more than 250 minutes of long distance calls we'll expect you to pay for those calls at your Simply Voice Package rates. After the first 30 days, you can cancel at any time, but you won't get your setup fee, device fee or any fees back.
     

  • Will Simply Voice contact my current telephone company to cancel my old service?  

    No, we do not contact your existing current telephone company. Simply Voice will We assign you a new Simply Voice telephone number that works over your existing Internet connection, but you are responsible for making any changes to your existing current telephone service. You can use your Simply Voice number and your legacy telephone service at the same time, if that is your preference.
