You receive your bill via email and pay via
credit card. We accept credit card only at this point, but will
soon take electronic check or PayPal.
Online Account
Management
Our Simply Voice Control Panel portal allows
you to manage your account, configure CallBlast (our combination
of Call Forwarding and One Number services) and even view
received calls, missed calls and dialed calls. Log in from the
home page of this site. CallBlast This
revolutionary feature is a combination of traditional Call
Forwarding and One Number (Find Me / Follow Me) services. You
can have your calls ring simultaneously on your office, mobile
and home phones, or they can be set up to ring sequentially in
any sequence and with whatever delay you decide to set. If you
want to be found, this makes sure that you are! CallBlast is
configured from your Simply Voice Control Panel.
Call Waiting
Works just like the telephone company’s
service, but you don’t pay extra for it with Simply Voice. It
comes as a standard feature.
Caller ID
You’ll know who's on the line — in an instant,
at a glance. Again, it’s included as a standard feature.
Free On-Net Calling
Feel free to call other Simply Voice
customers! Your friends and family can use our service all over
the world and there is never a charge to contact them.
Voicemail
You get a very sophisticated voicemail system,
with personal greeting, and the option of forwarding voicemails
to your email and/or notification to your alpha pager. To access
it, either dial 00 from your handset or dial your Simply Voice
number from any other phone. Then dial * once the announcement
starts, and you’ll be into your voicemail for either retrieval
or setup.
7-digit Local
Dialing
If your local area supports 7-digit dialing,
you can continue to use it. Set this up from your Simply Voice
Control Panel - set Country Code to 1 (US/Canada) and Area Code
to your local one. This may be the same as as the Area Code of
your Simply Voice phone number or it may be completely different
if you’ve gotten a Simply Voice phone number from outside your
Area Code.
3-Way Calling
By pressing the Flash key when you’re on a
call, you’ll get a second dial tone and can place a second call.
Hit Flash again, and all three of you are conferenced.

Directory
Assistance
By late Q1, 2005, we’ll be offering Easy411
service, with such features as Automated or Selective Call
Completion, and SMS or email delivery of your DA requests. There
will be a $.99 per all fee for Directory Assistance calls.
